What Is AmazonSmile?
AmazonSmile is a website operated by Amazon with the same products, prices and shopping features as Amazon.com. The difference is that when you shop on the website, their foundation will donate 0.5% of the purchase price of eligible products to the charitable organization you choose. It does not cost you any additional money to shop on the site.
How to Select Gilchrist on AmazonSmile
When you first visit AmazonSmile, you will need to set your organization to “Gilchrist Hospice Care” for us to receive donations from eligible purchases. Amazon will remember your selection, and then every eligible purchase you make at smile.amazon.com will result in a donation.
Instructions
- Login with your normal Amazon.com user name and password, or create a new Amazon account.
- Type “Gilchrist Hospice Care” in the search box and click the Search button.
- Make sure the Gilchrist Hospice Care on the list is the right one by checking that it says “Hunt Valley, MD” next to it and click the “Select” button.
